Job Title: Office Care Assistant (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a single, enthusiastic, and service-oriented female Office Care Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and enjoys supporting training sessions and guest experiences with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the office is consistently clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Perform daily cleaning and routine upkeep of office areas, meeting rooms, training rooms, and demonstration spaces
• Support trainers during demonstrations and training sessions, including:
• Room setup and arrangement
• Preparation of materials and equipment
• Refreshments setup and assistance
• Coordination and support for guests
• Provide warm hospitality and assistance to visiting clients, partners, and internal teams
• Maintain cleanliness standards before, during, and after events or training sessions
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English with staff and visitors

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in office cleaning, housekeeping, or facility support roles
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Good English communication skills (spoken and basic written) – mandatory
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and service-minded attitude
• Ability to work independently and support team activities as needed
