Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our Home Healthcare services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strong team performance while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day home healthcare operations, including nursing, caregivers, physiotherapy, and support services.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs related to service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Maintain documentation and reporting standards as per local authorities.
• Implement quality assurance programs and conduct regular audits.
• Lead accreditation and inspection processes.

1. Team Leadership & HR Coordination

• Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure continuous professional development.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-centered work culture.

1. Financial & Budget Management

• Develop and manage operational budgets.
• Monitor expenses, billing processes, and revenue targets.
• Identify cost-control measures without compromising care quality.

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and healthcare providers.
• Address escalations, complaints, and service improvements proactively.
• Support business development initiatives and partnership expansion.

1. Strategic Planning & Growth

• Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and market growth.
• Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations.
• Direct experience in home healthcare operations in Dubai or UAE is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulatory frameworks, including licensing, compliance, and inspection processes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams (nurses, caregivers, therapists, coordinators).
• Proven track record in handling healthcare KPIs such as patient satisfaction, clinical quality indicators, staff utilization, and service turnaround times.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, billing oversight, and revenue optimization within a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems, EMR platforms, and patient scheduling software.
• Experience dealing with insurance providers, claims processes, and healthcare contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, quality assurance programs, and regulatory inspections.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
