Paramedics (DCAS,MOH,DOH Licensed)

Best Ways Medical Services is hiring experienced Advanced Paramedics with a valid DCAS, DOH, or MOH license to join our emergency medical services team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing advanced pre-hospital care, emergency response, and safe patient transportation across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Conduct patient assessment, ECG interpretation, and clinical decision-making
• Perform CPR, defibrillation, airway management, bleeding control, and shock stabilization
• Administer IV fluids, medications, and oxygen therapy according to protocols
• Ensure safe patient transport and proper handover to healthcare facilities
• Maintain ambulance cleanliness, equipment readiness, and medical supplies

Requirements

• Valid Advanced Paramedic License (DCAS / DOH / MOH) – Mandatory
• Recognized EMT / Paramedic certification
• Emergency or field experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills, communication ability, and teamwork
