Procurement Executive (F&B)

Job Title: Procurement Executive / Purchaser – Food & Beverage (F&B)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive / Purchaser to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate should have UAE experience in sourcing food, beverages, and restaurant supplies while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure food, beverages, packaging, and restaurant consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with operations.
• Ensure purchased products meet quality and food safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability.
• Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in procurement or purchasing within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food products, beverages, packaging materials, and restaurant operations.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
