We are a well-established medical center based in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can handle both front desk reception duties and social media marketing tasks.
- Candidates with their own visa are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointments and phone inquiries
- Maintain patient records and administrative files
- Create and manage content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns
- Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments
- Support daily administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception or customer service (experience in healthcare is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva is a plus)
- Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
