Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients courteously upon arrival and guide them through the registration process.
- Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional manner.
- Manage client appointments and ensure smooth flow between reception and medical departments.
- Maintain and update client information accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of visa medical tests.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and internal safety standards.
- Support administrative tasks such as billing, document scanning, and record keeping.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high standard of client service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, or front office role.
- Previous experience in EHS-registered or government-affiliated medical centres is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive, client-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
