Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, managing schedules, and performing general clerical duties. The role requires providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including welcoming and directing visitors and handling inquiries efficiently.
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle calls professionally and relay information accurately.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and creating a positive experience for all visitors and clients.
• Competence in Clerical Skills, such as managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred to assist with a diverse clientele.
• Must be an Emirati with a family book.
