Receptionist (with Sales & Call Center) - Clinic/hospital experience

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage patient-facing operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming front-office experience. The role also involves handling inbound/outbound inquiries and supporting basic service promotion and appointment conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails efficiently
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments where applicable
  • Register patients and maintain accurate patient records
  • Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff
  • Support basic billing, invoicing, and payment processing when required
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and presentable
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a clinic or hospital
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with basic sales or conversion ability
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Familiarity with clinic systems and appointment software is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
