We are expanding our UK care services into the UAE and are looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Remote Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility role that requires exceptional accuracy, focus, and workflow management.

After a structured training period, this role will transition into a permanent work‑from‑home position.

About the Role

The Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling over 2,000 UK care calls per week, using digital rostering systems and maintaining continuous communication with care staff and managers. Precision, reliability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage up to 2,000+ weekly care calls using online rostering software
  • Coordinate care workers' shifts, availability, and travel times
  • Monitor live schedules and make real‑time adjustments when changes arise
  • Maintain accurate digital records and update schedules promptly
  • Meet weekly deadlines and performance targets
  • Support service expansion across the UAE

Essential Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high call/shift volume
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Quick thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Prior experience using rostering, scheduling, or workforce management software
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Professional communication skills and confidence working independently
  • High level of reliability and self‑motivation in a remote-working environment

Desirable / Advantageous Experience

Experience with any of the following systems:

  • TagTronics
  • Atlas
  • Other UK care sector scheduling or electronic call‑monitoring systems

Care industry or home‑care scheduling experience is a major advantage.

Visa Requirements

  • Ideally, candidates will already hold a valid right‑to‑work visa or administrative visa in the UAE.
  • The company will provide a full employment visa after initial onboarding.

Working Arrangement

  • Based in Dubai
  • Initial training period may be hybrid/in-office as required
  • Long‑term: Fully remote work‑from‑home role
  • Full‑time hours with weekly deadlines and performance expectations

Salary

  • Salary is dependent on experience and current visa status. (8,000AED - 11,000AED monthly)

Staff are highly qualified and only become part of the team after a rigorous recruitment process which includes DBS checks and at least two references. Alongside is an experienced team of managers who support each other and are trained or training to be qualified in Level 5 Health & Social Care. The support and training they provide their staff is above and beyond the basic Care Certificate.
