Sales & Business Development Executive – Healthcare Sector

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven FEMALE - Sales & Business Development Executive with experience in the healthcare industry to drive patient acquisition, corporate partnerships, referral networks, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, deep understanding of healthcare services in the UAE, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Business Development & Sales

• Identify new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, corporates, and community groups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, referral partners, corporates, and agencies.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for patient acquisition and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.

Marketing & Outreach

• Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing activities, including health camps, wellness events, and corporate engagements.
• Represent the clinic/medical centre at community events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
• Support digital marketing team with patient engagement campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

• Handle inquiries from patients, corporates, and partners professionally.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads to active patients.
• Ensure excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

Operational & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Track KPIs such as lead conversions, revenue targets, and partnership success.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Wellness Centres, Physiotherapy Clinics, or Medical Centres is a plus.
