Role Description

The Social Media Management Supervisor will oversee and manage the hospital’s social media presence across multiple platforms, develop and implement content strategies, and optimize social media campaigns to strengthen our brand. The role involves monitoring engagement metrics, crafting communication strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with various teams to execute marketing initiatives and production of compelling content will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Ability to plan and execute effective Content Strategies
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media success
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and campaigns
  • Leadership skills: ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively
  • Attention to detail and creativity in social media content development
  • Experience in healthcare or related industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
