Job Description

candidate will have operational role helping in managing physician schedule, system configurations, data accuracy and cross departmental coordination.

Clinic master scheduling entry

• Entry of clinics schedule in scheduling system module after approvals

• Implement blockages and schedule modifications requests

Physicians privileging

• Maintain physicians’ privileges tracker updated

• Initiate physicians’ privileges for newly hired doctors and update clinical privileges forms for all doctors

Medical Team Communication channel

• Gather feedback from doctors, to provide that feedback to management

Medical Team Communication channel

Doctors support & orientations

• coordinate andfacilitate Doctors onboarding and ensure alignment between departments while following the policies & procedures.

Post digital consultation services coordination

• coordinate with operations team to facilitate execution of post consultation services requests from digital clinic

Skills

• Strong command of computer technical skills, (excel, PowerPoint & word)

• High communication skills.

Education

Related bachelor’s degree, preferred healthcare related
