Tele sales Representative (Healthcare)

Job Description:
As a Tele sales Representative at My Doctor Healthcare, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, nurturing relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
• Qualify prospects and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to team success.
• Build rapport with new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Provide detailed information to customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
