Position: Tele-Sales Consultant
Gender: Female
Experience: Previous experience in hair transplant sales or medical aesthetics is required.
Work Mode: Phone-based sales (tele-sales)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide consultations about hair transplant procedures.
• Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatment options.
• Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic growth.
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
• Maintain organized records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hair transplant tele-sales or cosmetic/medical sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients remotely.
• Professional, confident, and customer‑focused.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
