Advanced Paramedic – DHA Licensed (Homecare & Emergency Medical Services)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Paramedic with valid DHA License to join our Homecare and Emergency Medical Services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced pre-hospital emergency care, critical patient stabilization, and rapid medical response services while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced emergency medical care and life support during emergency and non-emergency cases.
• Assess, stabilize, and manage critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and homecare environments.
• Administer advanced airway management, cardiac care, trauma management, and emergency interventions.
• Operate advanced emergency medical equipment and monitor patient conditions during transport or treatment.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, hospitals, and emergency response teams for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, incident reports, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control policies, and healthcare standards.
• Support on-call doctor services and emergency healthcare operations across Dubai.
• Conduct rapid patient assessments and make critical clinical decisions under pressure.
• Participate in emergency preparedness, quality assurance, and healthcare safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility as Advanced Paramedic.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedic Science, Emergency Medical Services, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced emergency medical services or critical care transport.
• Strong knowledge of ACLS, PALS, BLS, trauma care, and advanced life support protocols.
• Experience in ambulance services, emergency response, or mobile healthcare operations preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical emergency situations effectively.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts and field emergency operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Homecare and On-Call Doctor Services.
• Advanced airway management and cardiac emergency care experience.
• Strong crisis management and patient stabilization abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and emergency protocols.
