Advanced Paramedic (DOH Licensed)

We are currently seeking qualified Advanced Paramedics with a valid DOH License to join our growing emergency medical team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary

The Advanced Paramedic will provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care, respond to emergency calls, deliver Advanced Life Support (ALS), and ensure the safe transport and handover of patients while following DOH regulations and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical calls.
• Provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) according to approved clinical guidelines.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients in emergency situations.
• Perform CPR, airway management, defibrillation, trauma care, and other emergency interventions.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, oxygen therapy, and other treatments as per protocol.
• Ensure safe patient transport and professional hospital handover.
• Maintain ambulance readiness, medical equipment, and documentation.
• Comply with DOH regulations, infection control standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid DOH License (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Paramedicine or equivalent.
• Previous EMS or pre-hospital emergency care experience preferred.
• Strong ALS knowledge and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shift rotations.
• Physically fit for emergency response duties.
