Paramedic – DHA Licensed (Homecare & On-Call Doctor Services)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paramedic with valid DHA License to join our Homecare and On-Call Doctor Services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide emergency medical support, pre-hospital patient care, and rapid response healthcare services while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical cases promptly and professionally.
• Provide pre-hospital emergency care and patient stabilization during transport or home visits.
• Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate emergency treatment.
• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and ambulance supplies.
• Support doctors and nursing teams during on-call medical services.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document medical information accurately.
• Ensure compliance with DHA healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety standards.
• Handle medical emergencies, trauma cases, and critical patient situations efficiently.
• Maintain proper communication with hospitals, healthcare teams, and patient families.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility as Paramedic.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedic Science or Emergency Medical Services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency medical services, ambulance services, or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and patient stabilization techniques.
• BLS, ACLS, or PHTLS certifications preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, emergency calls, and field operations across Dubai.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Homecare or Mobile Healthcare Services.
• Strong crisis management and patient assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of emergency medical equipment and ambulance operations.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
