About the Role

Best Ways Medical Services is seeking qualified and experienced Advanced Paramedics holding a valid DCAS or DOH license to join our emergency medical response team. This position involves delivering advanced pre-hospital care and ensuring the safe transport of patients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide advanced life support interventions.
• Assess patient conditions, interpret ECGs, and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform CPR, defibrillation, airway management, bleeding control, and shock stabilization.
• Administer IV fluids, emergency medications, and oxygen therapy as required.
• Safely transport patients and coordinate with healthcare facilities for seamless handovers.
• Maintain and restock ambulance equipment and medical supplies according to operational standards.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Valid DCAS or DOH Advanced Paramedic License
• Accredited EMT/Paramedic certification
• Previous field or pre-hospital experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage
