Role Overview
The Business Development Executive – B2B Healthcare is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for driving corporate growth and partnership acquisition. You will identify, engage, and secure healthcare and wellness agreements with corporate clients, build lasting stakeholder relationships, and execute market strategies that expand Heal Hub's footprint in the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue corporate clients for Heal Hub's healthcare and wellness service offerings.
• Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue growth targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations of Heal Hub's value proposition to C-suite and HR decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations on service agreements, pricing structures, and partnership terms.
2. Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate account matters. 3. Market Analysis & Strategy
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Partner with the Clinic Manager and operations teams to develop bespoke wellness solutions for clients.
• Track performance metrics and adapt strategies to ensure sustained achievement of sales objectives.
Qualifications & Skills Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a Marketing-related discipline. Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate business development, or healthcare sales.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and establishing corporate partnerships.
• Familiarity with healthcare services and corporate wellness solutions is a distinct advantage.
Skills & Competencies
•Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory requirement for this position).
