Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receive phone calls from customers and answer their inquiries regarding medical services.
  • Provide a clear and convincing explanation of services and offers, and convert potential customers' interest into actual appointments.
  • Manage and organize patient appointments using CRM and the center's booking software.
  • Follow up on leads and remind them of appointments.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience that reflects the organization's professional and medical image.
  • Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of patients' medical information.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least two years of experience in a call center, with medical or clinical experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to deal with customers tactfully and professionally under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of online reservation systems and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good command of Arabic (spoken and written), and basic English.
  • A pleasant, patient personality with a teamwork spirit.
