Chief Financial Officer

Capital Ambulance UAE is seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer with a strong background in the UAE healthcare sector and a solid understanding of medical operations. The ideal candidate will lead financial strategy, ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, and support executive and board-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Ensure compliance with UAE regulators • Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk • Supervise revenue cycle and reimbursement processes • Present financial insights and strategies to the CEO and Board of Directors • Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency • Lead and develop the finance team Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA) • 8–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role such as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent. • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement models • Experience working with Boards of Directors • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills • Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems in the UAE • Track record in scaling organizations or leading financial transformation
