Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Clinic Receptionist based in Dubai. The Clinic Receptionist will handle daily responsibilities such as managing appointment scheduling, greeting and assisting patients, and answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette. Additional duties include maintaining records, managing a clean and organized reception area, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff.

• Applicants must have their 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗨𝗔𝗘 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗮 to be eligible for this position.
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing a Medical Office environment
• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of organization
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Bilingual abilities, especially in English and Arabic, are advantageous
