Job Description
This role entails a regional leadership in delivering patient-centered services, clinical excellence, and operational governance across a network
of Bupa- covered hospitals, all while adhering to service level agreements and best practices in medical and customer experience. It is
committed to top-tier medical care and a positive patient journey.
Patient-Centered Services
- Lead patient-Centered Care Regionally for Hospital Services by ensuring
improvement in the quality of patients' care and patients' experience
- Lead in landing all Patient’s centered Business sterategic initiatives &
Innovations to enhance the patient experience within Bupa covered Hospitals
- Ensure appropriate and effective treatment and care through a consistent,
collaborative process with cross-functional stakeholders , including the
providers
- Monitor fucntion perfromance related patient experience, clinical outcomes,
and operational efficiency and ensure that, the staff is dealing competently
with Patients
- Ensure consistent reporting and owning in full all patient’s experience
outcomes
- Foster a culture of empathy, compassion, and personalized care among
hospital staff as well as the accountability, transparency, and continuous
improvement within the regional hospitals.
- Lead with Marketing and Facilities on Presence excellence Strategy
Clinical Excellence and Medical
Care:
- Oversee the provision of high-quality medical services and ensure adherence
to clinical standards
Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.
Maintain strong relationships with medical staff at Hospitals and support their
professional development.
- Strive to build and maintain an exemplary reputation for medical outcomes,
for patients seeking the highest quality care.
- Lead the industry by setting benchmarks for clinical excellence, inspiring
others in the healthcare sector to raise their standards and improve patient
care.
Operational Governance and
Excellence:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare medical and patient experience
professionals Regionally
- Develop and execute regional plans to achieve objectives Clinical Excellence
function
- Collaborate with Bupa different Streams to align hospital practices with the
organization's overall goals.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance operational
protocols and procedures within the hospitals.
- Act as a liaison between the Bupa and Regional Hospitals leadership,
providing updates, recommendations, and strategic insights.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of Bupa Staff in
collaboration with HR.
- Develop and implement robust customer experience strategies to ensure
exceptional service quality.
- Collaborate with hospital management to identify and address ad resolve
operational failures promptly.
- Oversee roles and responsibilities within and with the hospitals to improve
efficiency using process Engineering, Lean’s techniques, and improvement
tools
Skills
More than 5 years experience in a relevant service field
Proven experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to guide the organization's healthcare initiatives.
Proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans for healthcare facilities.
Strategic thinking to position the hospital for growth and success in the healthcare market.
Strong understanding of clinical practices and healthcare operations.
Ability to ensure that clinical decisions prioritize patient well-being and satisfaction.
Dedication to delivering patient-centred care and enhancing the patient experience.
Expertise in streamlining and optimizing operational processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Data-driven decision-making to monitor and improve functional performance metrics.
Skill in forging strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Ability to foster a culture of employee engagement, professional growth, and accountability.
Promoting ongoing professional development for medical staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to convey complex medical information in an understandable manner.
Understanding of healthcare finance, budgeting, and financial management to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ability to handle medical emergencies and crisis situations with composure and efficiency.
Adherence to high ethical and professional standards in all aspects of healthcare management.
Minimum requirement is university BS degree (Doctors with MBBS/MD/DO are preference, others such as
healthcare, medical field, or engineering are welcome)
