Department: Group Finance Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Summary

The Corporate Finance Manager will play a central role in driving the Group’s financial strategy, performance management, and investment decisions. The position combines corporate development, financial planning, and analytical oversight to support both business growth and transactional execution.

This is a strategic finance position — the incumbent will partner closely with the CFO, business heads, and external advisors to ensure decisions are backed by solid financial analysis, forward-looking insights, and disciplined capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

· Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle across all business units.

· Develop and maintain consolidated financial models for group-wide performance monitoring.

· Deliver insightful management reports covering P&L, EBITDA, cash flow, and working-capital metrics.

· Conduct variance, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to support decision-making.

· Partner with business leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency through cost and revenue optimization.

1. Corporate Finance & Transaction Support

· Lead financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analyses for new projects, acquisitions, and divestments.

· Support the CFO in investment negotiations, preparing deal structures, waterfall analyses, and returns modeling.

· Coordinate due diligence with legal, external auditors, and advisors.

· Prepare board materials and investment memoranda for transaction approvals.

· Evaluate financing options (debt, equity, shareholder loans) and manage bank relationships.

1. Performance Management & Business Insights

· Design and implement performance scorecards and key financial KPIs.

· Provide analytical insights and benchmarking for business units and new service lines.

· Support post-acquisition integration from a financial and control standpoint.

· Drive automation and efficiency in management reporting and data visualization (Power BI or similar tools).

1. Strategic Projects

· Partner with CFO on strategic initiatives such as capital structuring, joint ventures, and new market entry.

· Support corporate governance, financial control improvements, and ERP/reporting system enhancements.

· Conduct ad-hoc analysis for the Executive Committee and Board.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

· Preferred: MBA, CFA, or ACCA/CPA qualification.

Experience

· 7–10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Transaction Advisory.

· Prior exposure to healthcare, private equity, consulting, or diversified groups preferred.

· Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, multiples), and deal execution.

· Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation, and investment accounting.

· Excellent command of Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
