Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Female Caregiver to provide high-quality homecare services to clients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and committed to delivering professional care with empathy and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor vital signs (if trained and licensed)
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
• Assist with mobility support, including transferring and positioning
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental health
• Ensure a clean and safe home environment at all times
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as required
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate with supervisors regularly
• Follow all company protocols, privacy policies, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members when necessary

Qualifications

• Must be female, based on client preference and cultural considerations
• Experience in caregiving or a related healthcare field is highly preferred
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is an advantage
• Ability to speak and understand English fluently; other languages a plus
• Must have a caring and respectful demeanor
• Physically fit to support mobility and lifting tasks
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Preferably with DHA eligibility or license (optional but a plus)
