Job Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the organisation.
• Ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance across multiple countries.
• You will play a critical role in strategic financial planning and operational efficiency.
• Working closely with all the international entities of EMS holding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and optimise financial performance across international markets.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with international offices and partners to consolidate financial data and streamline processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivables, payroll, and banking relationships.
• Lead and mentor finance team members.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or related industry.
• Proven international financial management experience, including handling multi-currency transactions and cross-border compliance.
• Strong knowledge of international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards, GAAP -Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficient in financial software
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under a high-pressure work environment, ensure quick deliverables, and connect with our team(s) globally.
• Willingness to work according to EU timings in the UAE.
