Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Arabic-speaking Female Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a wellness center, aesthetic clinic, medical center, or healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing appointments, patient records, and front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling through the clinic management system.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Register new patients and update existing patient records while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Verify patient information and ensure all required documents and consent forms are completed.
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Process payments, issue invoices and receipts, and reconcile daily cash and card transactions.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and nursing staff regarding appointment schedules and patient flow.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and feedback.
  • Promote clinic services, memberships, and packages while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
  • Ensure adequate stock of reception supplies, forms, and stationery.
  • Prepare daily reports related to appointments, revenue, and patient attendance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, patient confidentiality, and UAE healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with clinic management software (such as Zenoti or similar systems) is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a wellness center, aesthetic clinic, medical center, or healthcare facility in the UAE.
  • Experience handling appointments, billing, and customer service in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance procedures is an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements. 6 days a week with one day off - can work different shifts
  • Professional dress code and grooming standards must be maintained at all times

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
