We’re Hiring: Office Administrator

HealPort is expanding its presence in Oman, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Muscat office. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office functioning and supporting our growing regional activities in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks

• Manage correspondence including emails, calls, and document handling

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications

• Assist management with reports, presentations, and documentation

• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners

• Maintain office records, supplies, and a professional work environment

• Provide administrative support related to finance, HR, and procurement when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in office administration or a similar role

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and discretion

• Currently based in Oman or legally eligible to work in Oman
