A leading hospital in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee reception operations and enhance patient experience.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as Front Office Manager / Reception Manager / Customer Service Manager
  • Previous experience in hospitals or medical centers is required
  • Native Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
  • Must be currently residing in Kuwait
  • Available for immediate joining
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the front desk/reception team
  • Ensure high-quality patient service and satisfaction
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative departments
  • Monitor daily front office operations
