Job Description
Provides general support to the sales department, performing a wide range of sales activities and tasks with varying degrees of complexity.
Your Role
- Provides general support to the sales department, performing a wide range of sales activities and tasks with varying degrees of complexity.
- Works on Salesforce.com to support sales process accuracy, updates, and reporting.
- Creates contract drafts and supports review of commercial terms, including financial terms and Incoterms.
- Supports quotation and contract processes using Conga / Apttus CPQ tools.
- Drives limited continuous improvement projects within one commercial unit.
- Introduces new supporting process activities to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Applies analytical skills to perform task-related analysis and support business decision-making.
- Works closely with Commercial teams, including Sales, Product, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure alignment and execution.
- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
You are the right fit if
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Sales Support function within the healthcare sector.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is an advantage.
- Experience with Conga / Apttus CPQ tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of commercial and financial terms, including Incoterms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Commercial teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
