Home Care- Coordinator

Job Summary :-
We are seeking a qualified DHA Registered Nurse to serve as a Home Care Coordinator, responsible for managing and supervising home healthcare services. The role involves coordinating patient care plans, ensuring compliance with DHA regulations, and supporting a team of nurses to deliver high-quality home care across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee home care operations, ensuring smooth patient service delivery.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Assign nursing staff, schedule visits, and monitor care quality.
• Ensure compliance with DHA standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers for updates and feedback.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to home care nurses.
• Maintain accurate medical and administrative records.

Requirements

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse License.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum3 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of DHA home care regulations and standards.
• Proficient in patient care documentation and reporting.
