Marketing Executive – Medical Aesthetics

About the Role

RovaMED is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our growing portfolio of medical aesthetic products in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, lead generation, and brand development activities targeting aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots.
• Manage Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Support product launches, workshops, and masterclasses.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and influencers.
• Maintain website and digital marketing assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or aesthetics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media platforms.
• Strong content creation and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
