Marketing Officer

Purpose and Scope of the Job

Under direct supervision, Marketing Officer oversees and plans the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns both internally and externally. Ensures that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management; with great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles and experience in managing different marketing ventures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards

• Contributes in devising, presenting and implementing marketing strategies.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders for video and campaign work; manages social channels (operational execution).
• Plans/organizes advertising & communication campaigns (social, TV), exhibitions, conferences, promotional events; campaigns for international health days.
• Conducts market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth. Analyzes and investigates price, demand and competition.
• Monitors/evaluates campaign effectiveness with KPIs; prepares reports/insights.
• Compiles and distributes financial and statistical information.
• Manages social media channels; contributes to enhancements; ensures consistent branding/brand reputation.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety standards (occupational and patient safety) are complied.
• Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed.
• Provides or promotes people’s centered care.
• Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs.
• Works closely with medical heads of department to launch campaigns for new services/technologies.

Qualifications, Competences and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, statistics or related discipline

Experience: 3+ years’ experience with exposure to digital media & online marketing.

Language: High proficiency in Arabic and English Languages.

Computer Proficiency: Computer literacy – highly skilled
