Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Secretary, located in Dubai. The Medical Secretary will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and handling communication within the medical office. Key responsibilities involve understanding and managing medical terminology and providing clerical support to medical staff, ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Clerical Skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures
• Efficient Typing skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
