Dr. Khoulood Almahmoud Specialized Dermatology & Aesthetic Center

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our medical center and drive excellence in patient care, productivity, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center.

• Ensure exceptional patient experience and high service quality.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate all departments.

• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and compliance with clinic policies.

• Develop and implement operational systems to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Increase patient flow through excellent operational management and coordination with the marketing team.

• Resolve patient concerns and staff issues professionally and promptly.

• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, scheduling, and resource utilization.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance.

• Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management within a medical center, hospital, or aesthetic clinic.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, quality management, and patient satisfaction.
