Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Paramedic role based in Abu Dhabi. The Paramedic will be responsible for providing emergency medical care and ambulance services, including assessing patients, performing medical interventions, and ensuring safe transport. The role also involves maintaining medical equipment and supplies, assisting in on-site medical clinics, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaboration with medical teams and high-pressure decision-making are essential aspects of the job.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in emergency medical care, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) skills
  • Experience in patient assessment, emergency response, and medical intervention
  • Knowledge of clinical governance, health and safety protocols, and UAE health regulations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on patient care
  • Certification as a licensed Paramedic or equivalent, meeting UAE standards
  • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred
  • Prior experience in emergency medical services or occupational health is advantageous
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and advanced medical training
