We are looking for a confident, friendly, and sales-driven Patient Coordinator to join our clinic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, patient interaction, sales, and social media engagement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full patient journey, improving patient experience, increasing treatment conversion rates, and building strong relationships between our dental and dermatology departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients from start to finish of their clinic journey
• Build strong relationships with patients and ensure excellent patient experience
• Upsell clinic services and treatment packages
• Follow up with leads and increase treatment conversion rates
• Handle patient feedback, reviews, and testimonials
• Coordinate communication between doctors, therapists, and patients
• Manage daily Instagram stories, clinic updates, behind-the-scenes videos, and simple social media engagement

Requirements

• Arabic/English speaking candidates are preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, patient coordination, or clinic reception preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional personality
• Good understanding of sales and patient handling
• Basic social media knowledge
• Experience in aesthetic/dental clinic is a plus
