Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the full Performance Management process
  • Lead Compensation & Benefits implementation and monitoring
  • Support Manpower Planning and Staffing processes
  • Track and analyze HR costs and budgets
  • Manage and automate HR data using Excel and Power BI
  • Generate detailed reports and dashboards for management review

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Performance Management implementation
  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits and Manpower Planning
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • Knowledge of data automation and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and reporting
