Role Overview

We are seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. This role combines strategic communications and government relations — ensuring our company’s reputation, visibility, and compliance are maintained at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute public relations and media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Draft, review, and distribute press releases and official communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
  • Manage visa applications, labor contracts, and immigration processes.
  • Handle trade license renewals, legal documentation, and compliance with UAE laws.
  • Liaise effectively with UAE government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.).
  • Ensure company operations align with local labor and corporate regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism , or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven UAE PRO experience with strong government relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and government procedures.
  • Skilled in media relations, press releases, and strategic communications .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English .
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a team-oriented approach.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
