Our company is currently looking for Healthcare Quality Control Officer who isresponsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and safety of healthcare services. This role ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.
Qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare facility is required
- Knowledgeable in DOH, JAWDA, MALAFFI, CIVIL DEFENCE, FANR, JCI standards
- Advanced knowledge in JCI Ambulatory Care standards
- Computer Literate and knowledgeable in government entity websites and its use
- Excellent communication and language skills
- Well-organized and has a keen attention to details
- Knowledgeable in Medical education or educational programs.
Job Responsibility
- Writing policies in line with the standards of the auditing entities
- Create letters, memorandum, circulars and other informative updates and announcements to the staff.
- Audit preparations and ensure that all the required are fulfilled
- Facilitate and represent the company in all type of audits
- Attend seminars, workshops, meetings and conferences related to the designation
- Provide trainings and orientation to staff regarding company processes and standards
- Monitor and perform proper and reporting as per the requirement of the auditing facilities.
- Perform internal audits and quality checks on the facility documentation
- Monitor the implementation and compliance of all staff to company policies and processes
- Assess and propose rectification of the processes in the facility for further improvement
- Coordinate biomedical and IT fixes requirement of the facility.
- Oversee processes in different departments in the facility and ensure that processes are in line with the issued policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Proficiency in quality management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
- Perform other tasks related to the designation as assigned by the company.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
