Position Overview:
We are looking for a female Receptionist with at least 2 years of experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth administrative process at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and bookings efficiently.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
• Maintain client records and update databases as required.
• Support the clinic team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Ensure front desk and waiting areas are always presentable.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist in a medical or aesthetic clinic.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinic booking software.
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
