Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

 Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for medical roles (Physicians, Nursing, Technicians) as well as administrative positions.

 Candidate Experience Enhancement: Ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive journey for all applicants from initial contact to onboarding.

 Credentialing & Qualification Verifications: Verifying the validity of medical licenses and professional registrations (e.g., SCFHS - Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

 Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with mandatory prior experience within the Healthcare industry.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international medical staff.

• Soft Skills: Advanced negotiation skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships and engage with passive candidates.
