Full Job description

We are hiring a female cleaner to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all clinic areas, including consultation rooms, treatment rooms, reception, waiting areas, offices, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, counters, chairs, and medical equipment (as instructed).
• Empty waste bins and dispose of general and medical waste according to clinic policies and health regulations.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions to maintain a neat appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of staff pantry and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow infection prevention and control (IPC) guidelines and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are stored safely after use.
• Support the clinic team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Perform any other cleaning-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Perform duties according to the assigned work schedule and adhere to all clinic protocols and policies.

Qualifications

• Own visa female candidates can apply.
• High school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility.
• Familiarity with the proper handling and disposal of medical and general waste according to health and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and at different clinic locations as required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
