Job Summary

Monroe Medical Center is looking for a Female DHA Licensed Pedodontist to join our growing dental team. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled specialist with strong experience in pediatric dentistry and excellent behavior management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children
• Perform pediatric procedures (fillings, pulp therapy, SSC, extractions, space maintainers)
• Manage child behavior using effective techniques
• Educate parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with DHA standards

Requirements

• Valid DHA License as Specialist Pedodontist (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years UAE experience preferred
• Strong expertise in child behavior management
• Excellent communication skills with children and parents
• Professional, patient-focused attitude

Preferred

• Experience in sedation dentistry
• Multilingual (Arabic / English)
• Ability to build long-term patient relationships
