Investment & Capital Raising Manager – Healthcare (Success-Based)

Jeddah | Remote / International Outreach

Project Overview:
We are developing an integrated healthcare medical complex (Specialized Radiology Center, Outpatient Clinics, and Medical Laboratory) with an estimated project value of SAR 20 million, based on a proven benchmark model generating strong monthly revenues.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract local and international equity investors.
• Present the investment opportunity using Pitch Decks and Business Plans.
• Conduct non-binding negotiations and investor meetings.
• Coordinate with management and legal advisors until deal closing.

Authority Scope

• Marketing and non-binding negotiations only.
• No authority to sign contracts or make legal commitments.

Compensation Structure

• Success-Based Fee only (2%–5% of funds successfully raised).
• No fixed salary at the initial stage.
• Option for salary or equity participation after first successful closing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in capital raising, fundraising, or investment advisory.
• Strong investor network and deal-closing capability.
• Healthcare or medical sector experience is a strong plus.
