Maintenance Worker

Maintenance Worker is responsible to fix and maintain mechanical equipment, building, and machines. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.

1.1 Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance

1.2 Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building

1.3 Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor

1.4 Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

1.5 Comply with all safety and health regulations

1.6 Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor

1.7 Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs

1.8 Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.

1.9 Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.

Experience:

• maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• hospital/medical center: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: From AED1.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
