About the Opportunity

Taib Company is pleased to announce a Tamheer Training Opportunity for the position of Marketing Specialist (Trainee) . This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates with no prior work experience , in accordance with Tamheer program requirements.

The training aims to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing and internal communications within a professional and structured work environment.

Key Training Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing activities across various platforms.
  • Assist in managing and creating content for social media channels.
  • Use photo editing applications to support marketing campaigns and internal materials.
  • Support internal communications, including announcements and internal content.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and basic reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives.

Training Requirements (Tamheer Eligibility)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • No previous work experience.
  • Registered on the Taqat platform and eligible for the Tamheer program.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and photo editing tools.
  • Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
