Position Overview

The social media expert is responsible for capturing the daily life of the clinic and transforming it into engaging, high-quality social media content. This role requires creativity, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to identify content opportunities throughout the day while maintaining patient privacy and the clinic’s premium brand image.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Content Creation

* Capture daily behind-the-scenes content throughout the clinic.

* Create authentic lifestyle content that reflects the patient journey.

* Record treatments, consultations (when permitted), staff interactions, and the clinic atmosphere.

* Capture before & after results with proper patient consent.

* Collect patient testimonials and reviews whenever possible.

* Document new treatments, machines, products, doctors, and special occasions.

1. Instagram Stories

Create and publish a minimum of 10 Instagram Stories every day, including:

* Behind the scenes

* Patient journey

* Treatments in progress

* Doctor moments

* Clinic environment

* Staff interactions

* FAQs

* Polls, questions, and engagement stickers

* Before & after transformations

1. Snapchat Content

Create and publish daily Snapchat content, including:

* Live moments throughout the day

* Clinic atmosphere

* Treatment preparations

* Behind the scenes

* Doctor interactions

* Trending Snapchat-style content

* Daily updates to keep the account active

1. TikTok Content

Produce and publish 1 TikTok video per day, including:

* Trending concepts

* Educational videos

* Treatment transformations

* Before & after results

* luxury clinic moments (when appropriate)

* Staff participation

* Doctor educational videos

* Trend adaptations suitable for the clinic

1. Social Media Posting

Responsible for publishing approved content on:

* Instagram

* TikTok

* Snapchat

This includes:

* Uploading content

* Writing captions (when assigned)

* Adding hashtags

* Tagging doctors

* Adding location tags

* Publishing according to the content schedule

1. Collaboration with the Videographer

Whenever the videographer is present, the Content Creator will:

* Assist during filming.

* Help prepare the shooting environment.

. Preparing ideas and scripts

* Capture additional behind-the-scenes footage.

* Ensure no important moments are missed.

* Coordinate with the videographer throughout filming sessions.

1. Content Planning

Together with the videographer, the Content Creator will:

* Brainstorm new video ideas.

* Prepare video concepts.

* Help write simple scripts.

* Suggest trending content.

* Research social media trends.

* Present ideas for approval.

All final content ideas will be reviewed and approved by the Marketing Director before filming.

Whenever possible:

* Ask satisfied patients for short testimonials.

* Record patient reviews.

* Capture emotional transformation moments.

* Film before & after results professionally.

* Ensure all required patient consents are obtained before publishing.

Maintain the clinic’s premium image by ensuring that all content is:

* High quality

* Clean and professional

* Luxury-focused

* On-brand

* Well-lit and visually appealing

* Respectful of patient privacy

* Consistent with the clinic’s marketing guidelines

Daily Deliverables

* Minimum 10 Instagram Stories

* Daily Snapchat coverage throughout working hours

* 1 TikTok video

* Before & after documentation (when available)

* Patient testimonials (when available)

* Behind-the-scenes coverage of the clinic

* Assist the videographer during filming sessions

* Participate in daily content planning and idea generation

* Publish approved content across all assigned social media platforms

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
