Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Meta Ads & Social Media Specialist to manage paid advertising and organic social media across multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-performing campaigns, grow brand presence, and generate quality leads through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage lead generation, conversion, remarketing, and awareness campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and optimize CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, Frequency, and Conversion Rate.
• Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Publish and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop engaging creatives and ad copy.
• Analyze campaign and social media performance using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Stay updated with Meta platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Meta Ads and Social Media Management

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
