URGENT REQUIREMENT OF ASHRAE certification (HVAC Design / BEAP) - Technical

We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer to lead the development of high-performance mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will utilize ASHRAE standards to design energy-efficient HVAC solutions for complex commercial and industrial projects, ensuring thermal comfort and superior indoor air quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cooling and heating load calculations using ASHRAE Heat Balance methods.
• Design ductwork, piping layouts, and plant room configurations.
• Select equipment (Chillers, AHUs, VRF) that meets or exceeds ASHRAE 90.1 energy standards.
• Ensure ventilation designs comply with ASHRAE 62.1.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• ASHRAE Certification (HVAC Design Professional - CHD) highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).

Pay: From KD10.000 per hour
